Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries Baked to Cristy Perfection

Ingredients:

FOR THE FRIES
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4" sticks
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce, such as Texas Pete

Instructions:

In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil and spices. Season with salt and pepper.
Working in batches, spread an even layer of sweet potato fries in fryer basket. Cook at 375° for 5 to 8 minutes, flip fries, then cook 5 to 8 minutes more. (See introduction for cook time details.)
Meanwhile, make dipping sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk to combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and hot sauce.
Serve fries with sauce on the side for dipping.
