1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk


Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed: banana, spinach, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, chia or flax seeds (if using), and almond milk.
